Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of your order, the user’s order will be automatically sent to HERYSA to be processed. Confirmation of your order implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of sale through the Online Store.
Products offered on the Online Store can be returned via a refund application within the set time limit, that is within 14 days of receipt of the products. Returns should be made in the same conditions of delivery: the product(s) should be in perfect condition, should not have been used and should be wrapped in its original package with its corresponding labels and accessories in other to process the refund. Once the refund is accepted and the Authorization Number has been sent, the user will then have 14 days to make the said return (a total of 28 days upon receipt of the order). Once the refund is checked out, we will then proceed to reimburse you in the same payment method chosen upon purchase of the product(s) and within the time limits set by the payment operators. Shipping costs will not be charged upon returns. If the return is to be made when the time limit is due, HERYSA reserves the right to accept it or not.
The amount of your purchase will be reimbursed in the same payment method chosen upon purchase of the product. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the product is defective or if it is a cancellation by right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed under any other circumstances.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days until your bank processes them, subject to the closing times of the card issuer. Regrettably, HERYSA will not be responsible for this under any circumstances.
All products are examined prior to shipment to avoid shipment of defective goods. If you happen to receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website are completely accurate; it will depend on the settings of each computer and screen.
Products must be return in perfect condition along with the return form duly completed. All products should be packed with their accessories (crystals, studds, caps...), as all of the above is considered part of the product. On the contrary, the return may be rejected and returned to the customer.
The guarantee covers the products provided that they were defective upon receipt or that they have a manufacturing defect within the next 15 days after date of purchase. Please note that damaged products are not considered defective.
